1. Return During Delivery (Open Box Delivery)

• Every order is delivered with Open Box Delivery.
• At the time of delivery, you can:
  • Open and check your order in the presence of the delivery partner.
  • Verify quantity, product condition, and expiry dates (if applicable).
  • Return any item immediately if it is:
    • Wrong product or quantity
    • Damaged, leaked, or defective
    • Expired or near expiry

• If you reject any item during delivery, we will process your replacement or refund within 3–5 business days.

2. Return After Delivery

If you notice a problem after delivery, you must:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
• Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
• Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Perishable items (fresh bakery, opened food packets, dairy, etc.) unless damaged or wrong item received
• Beauty & personal care items that have been opened or used
• Baby food & formula after package seal is broken
• Any product damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are only available for wrong or damaged products.
• Replacement will be of the same product and variant (no product changes).
• If the product is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead.

5. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (or as store credit, if you prefer) within 3–7 business days after return approval.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.
