At Groski, our mission is to deliver fresh, genuine, and safe grocery & household essentials right to your doorstep — with 100% transparency through our Open Box Delivery service for every order.
1. Delivery Charges
- Free Delivery: Orders above ₹199 (after discounts) qualify for free delivery.
- Standard Delivery Fee: For orders below ₹199, a delivery charge will apply. The applicable fee will be displayed at checkout.
2. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to selected pin codes within our serviceable locations.
You can check availability by entering your pin code on the checkout page.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Most orders are delivered within 24–72 hours, depending on your location and product availability.
- Certain items (bulk orders, electronics, or high-demand products) may take longer. Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
4. Our Always-On Open Box Delivery
- Every single order from Groski is delivered with Open Box Delivery.
- When your order arrives, you can open the package in front of the delivery partner before accepting it.
- During the check, you can verify:
- All ordered items are present.
- Items are in good condition (no damage, leakage, or visible defects).
- Correct quantities and product variants are delivered.
If there’s any issue, you may return the item immediately to the delivery partner without extra charges.
5. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
- If an issue is found during delivery → You can reject the item on the spot through Open Box Delivery.
- If an issue is noticed after delivery → Contact us within 24 hours via email, WhatsApp, or phone with order details and photos/videos of the product/package.
- We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
- If delivery fails, the order may be returned to us, and additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
7. Possible Delays
Delivery timelines may be affected by:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic restrictions
- Festivals, strikes, or public holidays
- Stock unavailability
We will notify you of any significant delays.
